A: The training starts when you sign up with no specific end date. It is a completely self-paced online training and you decide when you start and when you finish.

A: No, all levels are welcome. However, a good understanding of yoga postures is recommended.

A: No, Mindfully Move provides techniques and tools for graceful and fluid movement, including technique, flow, and music. There are no Inside Flow classes inside of this training. This is a Continued Education Training for yoga enthusiasts and yoga teachers.

Yes. You will receive 60 hours of Continuing Education Credits and can add these credits toward your teacher profile on Yoga Alliance.
