I’ve been mastering my movement for over 30 years as a Dancer, Movement Mentor, and Yoga teacher. Every time I express my practice online, I receive dozens of messages telling me that I moved them. Something about the way I express movement touches their heart and draws them into an experience within.

They walk away wanting more.

How do I do it? 

The desire to move better is the heart of everything we do. I move from a place of true intention with purpose, not just moving for the sake of moving.. When you move from an embodied soul, you are moving from the heart.

 FAQ’s

 

+ What does Mindfully Move include?

This experience is an 8 week journey. When you say YES, you’re getting lifetime access to 8 modulus (in-depth recorded content made just for you), 4 Live group coaching calls, 2 Live Mindfully Move classes, exclusive access to our Private Mindfully Move Community Facebook Group. Weekly Live Trainings inside our FB group, and upon completion you’ll receive, 35hrs of continued education credits through Yoga Alliance.

+ When are the training calls?

We have women from all over the world joining Mindfully Move. I’ve created a schedule that accommodates multiple time zones + gives an opportunity for as many people to attend live as possible. When you say YES you’ll get the training schedule in enough time to make plans. I invite you to trust your intuition and know that your commitment to join us will be the leverage you need to create the space to participate fully.

+ How much time will I be focusing on it per week?

Each week will have different content (videos + written guides) for you to practice throughout the week. You can spread the material out or do it all in one shot. Depending on your pace will depend on how much time it takes.

+ Do I need to have an advanced practice to signup?

Nope! Come as you are, but since I won’t be teaching the basics, it’s recommended that you have the basics of yoga postures down pat.

+ When does enrollment close and when do we start?
